Handyman Services

Whether it’s a toilet that started leaking or a hole in the wall, we offer handyman services to keep your house presentable and functional. Our employees have a full range of skills and technical knowledge for any carpentry, electrical, finishing or painting project.

Note: Our Handyman Services are billed per an hourly rate and no formal estimate is provided. For all major projects we would recommend getting a formal estimate. Please submit an estimate request here.

Our Handyman Services include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Carpentry

    • Finish Carpentry: crown molding, window and door casings, baseboard, cabinet installation, shelving, handrail and stair railings.

    • Minor interior and exterior repairs

    • Patching or replacing siding

    • Storm door installation

    • Repairs to rotting wood

    • Interior Door Replacement: hinged, bifold, pocket, or bypass.

    • Exterior Door Replacement: entry door systems, garage service doors, or porch screen doors

    • Replacing or installing locksets and deadbolts

    • Minor gutter adjustments

    • Window Replacement (multiple windows would require an estimate).

    • Minor cabinet modifications

    • Installing kitchen or bathroom hardware.

    • Landscaping projects (no plantings or maintenance): retaining walls, edging, mulch/rock

    • Electrical Fixture Replacements: lights, ceiling fans, or vent fans.

    • Plumbing Fixture Replacements: faucets, shower head, tub/shower controls, and toilet replacement.

    • Appliance installations.

    • Troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues.

  • Fine Finishing

    • Interior and exterior painting

    • Interior and exterior staining

    • Refinishing

    • Caulking

    • Installing Accessories: TP holder, towel bars, mirrors, and shelving

    • Patching textured ceilings

    • Wallpaper removal

  • Drywall

    • Minor drywall or plaster repairs

    • Drywall installations for small area or room

  • Miscellaneous

    • Minor tile patching (not in the shower pan)

    • Power washing deck and siding

This includes space planning, drawings, renderings, general contracting, and permitting to make the process as stress-free as possible.
